Terms of Services
If the item you ordered is not the correct item or is damaged upon arrival you have 7 days to request a refund. If the refund is accepted then we will send you a a return shipping label to return the incorrect or damaged product. The item must be unused or unworn and must be in it's original packaging. If a refund is requested after 7 days it will not be accepted.
- Please allow 10-14 days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Delivery is with 3-5 business days after the order has ships
- If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
- If you have NOT received a tracking number 14 business days of placing the order please check your junk/spam folder and please email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions please email email@example.com. Please include your full name along with your order number for faster customer service.
- Once you have received a tracking number your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. you can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com or 800-275-8777
