Shipping and Return Policy
If the item you ordered is not the correct item or is damaged upon arrival you have 7 days to request a refund. If the refund is accepted then we will send you a return shipping label to return the incorrect or damaged product. The item must be unused or unworn and must be in it's original packaging. If a refund is requested after 7 days it will not be accepted.
- Please allow 10-14 business days (not including weekends or holiday) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Delivery is with 3-5 business days after the order ships.
- If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
- If you have NOT received a tracking number after 10 business days of placing the order please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your full name along with your order number for faster customer service.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com, or (800)275-8777.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and -mis-delivered items MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
- Please note that all items are made to order and any bleach styles will vary in pattern.
